Termites Termites are small insects that feed on wood and other materials containing cellulose. They can severely damage wooden furniture, floors, walls, and buildings. Keep wood dry, repair leaks, and avoid storing wood near the house.

Ants Ants live in colonies and search for food, especially sweets, grease, and crumbs. Some species can contaminate food or bite/sting people. Clean food spills, seal food containers, and close cracks around doors and windows.

Rats Rats are rodents that often live near food, garbage, drains, and dark areas. They may spread diseases, contaminate food, and damage wires or property.  Store food securely, dispose of garbage properly, and seal entry points.

Cockroaches Cockroaches are insects that prefer warm, dark, and humid places such as kitchens and bathrooms. They can carry germs and may trigger allergies or asthma. Keep areas clean and dry, remove food waste, and fix leaking pipes.

Mosquitoes Mosquitoes breed in standing water and bite people to feed on blood. They can transmit diseases such as dengue fever, malaria, and Zika virus. Remove standing water, use mosquito screens, and apply insect repellent.

Flies Flies are attracted to garbage, food, animal waste, and decaying materials. They can spread bacteria by landing on food and surfaces. Keep food covered, empty trash regularly, and maintain clean surroundings.
